My name is Simon Hedley. With my partners and clients we’ve helped ventures and opportunities raise billions in investment by improving their structure, management and ability to optimise and leverage their opportunities.

Capital to enable and empower growth is available but entrepreneurs are often not ready to raise it and many ventures are not attractive to investors.

Yes the lack of capital can stop a business venture in its tracks.

Surprisingly, the more successful and the faster your company is growing the more likely it is that you will be short of working capital and will have a pressing need to raise it.

Who we are…

For more than two decades my partners and I have been working with and mentoring Founders and CEOs.

I’m a chartered accountant – now a fellow of the ICAEW – and had an investment banking career that lasted over a decade. I was an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and helped identify a billion dollar fraud. I’ve personally setup and managed investment funds – e.g. ABN Amro’s ETF business Market Access where I was responsible for managing over 1.2bn€ on a daily basis. I’ve helped thousands of entrepreneurs raise capital and I’ve reviewed investment proposals for millionaires and billionaires.

How we can help you…

We understand what it takes to get access to more funding, and have helped people do this countless times.

We also know what causes lenders and investors to say no, and how to look at the problem from the investor’s perspective.

We recently helped someone secure capital they needed in less than 24 hours – note this is an exceptional case, but made possible by the prior work they had done with us.

Please be aware…

  • I can promise to be honest with you and give you my insights.
  • However I can’t promise that you will raise capital or get more funding.
